Jill Rivard has been the Director of Hiawatha Valley Adult Education since 2014. Jill has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and is a licensed teacher.
Jill grew up in Stephen, Minnesota and moved to Red Wing in 1985. She has three daughters, who graduated from Red Wing High School. Jill has been involved with many nonprofits in the Red Wing area. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
