One cannot solve complex social issues alone. By uniting efforts through cross-sector partnerships, we can creatively strategize sustainable solutions to the issues our communities face. United Way is actively involved in local collective impact initiatives in each of our large goal areas of education, health, and basic needs.

Every Hand Joined, a cradle to career collective impact initiative in Red Wing is focused on supporting youth success. “Every child. Every Opportunity.
